Our stay at Boutique Terranova was exceptional! We got great value for our money with a beautiful room, comfortable and clean. The location was perfect - quiet and surrounded by greenery, yet just a short bike ride away from the town center. The staff, especially Rafa, were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome.
Menu for breakfast could use more variety.

This hotel is perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood, away from the noisy downtown area. We were able to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbance from discos or neighbors. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a shower with great water pressure and temperature control. The host was extremely helpful and provided us with useful tips for restaurants, cenotes, and beaches. The tropical garden and cenote-style swimming pool added to the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. Additionally, the hotel offered a strong Wi-Fi connection, making it convenient for us to stay connected.
The hotel, being a newer establishment, still has some areas for improvement in order to reach a luxury standard.
